Processing times

We dispatch orders within 1 working day, or up to 3 working days during busy periods. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Personalised items need a little extra time to make before they're dispatched.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent by tracked delivery via Amazon.

• Standard delivery: £3.50
• Free delivery on orders of £150 or more

Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

International delivery

International orders are sent with DHL Express.

• Europe (EU): £25
• USA and Canada: £35
• Australia and New Zealand: £50

Most international orders arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch.

All duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
